Whenever I browse online, I always think mini cakes are cute. So for this occasion I made two.

So this is it… I used the yellow cake recipe, but I wasn’t happy because it was a little dry. I didn’t use simple syrup to avoid the fondant getting soggy and not sticking on the cakes. But most importantly, I really like with the way the cakes look. I guess my cake artist side won this time…
