After my first cake project, I took a 5 hour cake course at Darien to learn to make a sports car.

We were given the car layout at the beginning of the course, which would guide me as I carved the cake.

Since I’m not a car person, I wasn’t really sure what type of car is this. I was thinking of a taxi when I carved the cake. It turns out a beetle sports car.

I took it home and share it with my husband.
